Please proceed to The Palawan Food Trucks ordering counter to redeem your F&B credits, subject to operating hours.*
The F&B credits must be redeemed on the same day as the HydroDash visit.

Cancellation

All tickets are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once issued.

A one-time reschedule will be permitted for wet weather if Inclement Weather Insurance is purchased.

Terms & Conditions

Inflatable obstacle course: HydroDash is a floating aqua park located in the sea. It features floats of varying difficulty levels so that everyone to participate at their own pace.

Age and height restrictions: Children must be 6 years old and above and at least 1.1 metre to play on the HydroDash course. All 6-year-old children must be accompanied by an adult at a 1:1 ratio. All adult companions are responsible for the safety and well-being of their children on the course.

Safety precautions: Safety is a top priority at HydroDash. Buoyancy aid will be provided for all participants and it is mandatory to keep it on while on the course. Although buoyancy aids will be provided, all participants are required to swim a short distance of 20 meters (with a life jacket on) to reach the course. All participants are also required to attend a safety briefing before going onto the course.

Rider Agreement: All participants are expected to read the Rider Agreement and agree to the terms before being entering the HydroDash course.

Weather: In the event of lightning warning, play will be suspended temporarily or cancelled for your safety. You may do a one-time reschedule of your play within 30 days if you have purchased Inclement Weather Insurance.
